Refund policy

Due to the instant digital delivery of license keys, all sales are final once a key has been delivered.

If a delivered key is invalid, already used, or does not work as described, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement key or store credit.

Refunds are not provided for buyer mistake, incorrect email entry, change of mind, or failure to read the product description before purchase.
